Terms and Conditions
- Patient must quote ‘SPRING24’ over the phone, or show the offer on a mobile to a member of Core Dental staff, to claim.
- To qualify for the promotion, patient must book appointment before Friday 15 November, and have attended their appointment prior to 31 December 2024.
- Patients who complete their check-up and clean appointments can choose between complimentary custom take-home whitening kit or a custom dual-laminated mouthguard.
- The chosen complimentary product must be redeemed within 3 months of the check-up and clean appointment date. If appointments are on separate days, it will be 3 months from the later date.
- This offer consists of a both a check-up & clean appointment, in order to redeem complimentary take-home whitening trays or dual-laminated mouthguard. This package, fees and associated item numbers are final and cannot be changed. Treatment within these packages cannot be transferred or removed.
- Teeth whitening is limited to patients over the age of 18.
- Payment plans will be processed through Humm with fortnightly repayments via credit/debit card (direct debit). Patients may be required to put down a deposit of up to 20%. Set-up fees of up to $60 and transaction fees of up to $8 per month will be charged by Humm.
- Treatment will only be performed by our clinicians if it is deemed at the consultation visit that such treatment is required, and of benefit to the patient. Core Dental does not encourage and will not partake in the indiscriminate or unnecessary use of any health services.
- Informed consent will be sought and treatment costs will be discussed prior to the commencement of any treatment. Our treating clinician will discuss the outcome expectations prior to the commencement of any treatment.
